What To Expect for Your First Appointment
NB Smile Design is a boutique dental practice with a small and friendly team — this allows us to provide you with a truly personalized visit. If you have any questions or concerns before your appointment, please don’t hesitate to share them with us in advance of your visit or at the time of your appointment. We aim to do our best to accommodate any special requirements and answer any lingering questions.
Your first appointment will include X-rays and a comprehensive dental exam unless you are seeing us for a specific issue. Dr. Barkhodari will evaluate your dental needs and can discuss treatment options you might be interested in learning more about.
Cancellation Policy
In order to keep our dental practice running smoothly with minimal delays for our patients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment and have all the forms completed in advance.
If you are going to be late for any reason out of your control, please let us know as soon as you can. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment, otherwise, there may be a cancellation fee.
